You have to drink more water than you have ever drank in your entire life. To the point where you drink 10-15 bottles of water per day. The water keeps your joints, muscles lubed up. The water keeps you hydrated, and helps to avoid the headaches that occur will constantly having to process information at a high level. Just constantly keeping your body mind and spirit clean and refreshed. Drink water before your meals, during and after your meals. It will break down the water, and push it through your body. Keep you from feeling bloated, and keep you from falling asleep in meetings after eating lunch. The water cleans out the inside of your body, and keeps junk build up, food build up, and other daily toxins from settling. Avoid drinking cold water. Cold water is horrible for you. Your body is hot and sweaty, and the cold water hits your insides like jumping into a cold pool. Your body seizes up, tightens up, and the cold water hurts your body, mind and spirit. Lots of water can cure almost any sickness, any cold, any head ache, and keep you focused. First thing in the  morning drink a huge glass of water because it turns your body on. It wakes your body up, and gets your motors churning cleanly. Literally avoid any drinks except for milk and water. Soda is horrible. Gatorade and other juices are horrible. Just drink water and milk. Milk is absolutely delicious, and is so safe for keeping your muscles, joints, and body fed and feelings great throughout the day. It helps you grow strong, and avoid breaking bones. Some folks will say things like that Humans are the only animals that drink milk past birth. Yeah but humans are also the only animals that can talk, read & write, and do baller stuff. And its all because of milk & water. You will literally get a stronger arm if you drink lots of milk. Because its a man's drink. And it makes you country strong, and constantly feeds your muscle safely. Have at least 2-3 gallons of milk in your fridge at all times. Drink at least 3/4 to 1 gallon of milk per day. With breakfast, lunch and dinner. 


Back to water - don't use a thermos, don't use an ice cube, none of that. Get a $3.49 pack of water. And I would chug 10-12 bottles of water a day from that pack. Just crush them. Gulp the whole thing down each time. Don't linger and let it rest and sit, and remain half drunk. Just crush the bottle of water, and toss it. Keep going!
